Had led a team of highly diversified and multi-tasked team members of not less than 40 Background in luxury island resort / five star property and exclusive high-end boutique resorts - MANDATORY Team-player, proactive, self-starter, hands on and an excellent mentor and able to blend and adapt professionally with the management team and team members - this will be scrutinized well during the structured interview as personal attributes is a very important area of consideration. Experience with resorts which affiliated with The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) is an added advantage Highly creative, inventive and able to drive the menu standards and food quality to a much higher level.
