Canine To Five Detroit is searching for that perfect AM receptionist. This is a morning customer service position - most weekdays- 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. - and 3 Saturdays a month. Qualifications: - Must do well in a very busy, sometimes noisy work environment - youll greet over 100 people each morning - with dogs barking in the background sometimes. - Friendly, outgoing, confident personality - We want to make our customers feel like family, and the receptionist is key to helping out with this. - Strong phone skills - were looking for someone who likes to talk on the phone - Strong written and verbal communication skills - job will including emailing customers, explaining our pricing, policies and most importantly - explaining why we are the premier pet care facility in Metro Detroit. - Microsoft Office skills - Strong organizational skills - filing, organizing, scanning, record keeping. - Nice handwriting - must be legible when sending hand written notes to dog owners If you are interested please email a resume to liz AT caninetofivedetroit
