Cannabis makes cancer cells commit suicide without the harmful effects on humans that current chemo- and radiotherapy have. Europe has been researching the benefits of cannabis for many years, and finally Canada recognises this research. The Canadian government is currently increasing its grow op and is seeking qualified growers. Health Canada cant keep up with the number of applications. I wonder how many qualified cannabis growers are applying for a government license via jail. When you think about it, anybody can make their own cancer medicine (mj oil) at home. Apparently its not that difficult. Most doctors still wont issue a prescription for mj oil, so it is difficult to get this alternative treatment. A cancer patient who asks their oncologist for a prescription is usually denied and threatened with withdrawal of services. For some patients, it is their last hope. Our medical establishment must catch up with the science of mj oils and the fact that our own government recognises mj oil benefits to the degree they are substantially increasing their own mj farming. Cmon docs...wake up...get with the programme.
