Canning green beans today (again!!) Picked a bunch this morning. I have 19 pints in the canner and still this LARGE dishpan to do... and I am almost out of pints!! ACK! Guess I will have to use some quarts.. blah. Chris doesnt like green beans that well so we usually only need a pint at supper. And I thought I had about 5 more dozen lids in a box...but they are all widemouth! (and I dont have many widemouth jars...) Guess I will be making a trip to visit the Amish store!
