Cannot say who is at fault in this video.. The person who is refusing to show his driving licence or the traffic inspector who is roughing up this guy.. The problem is that the laws are skewed too much in favour of the cops who sometimes behave very rudely and use force. Slapping a citizen is normal for them and the public are not even informed which rules they have broken before being asked to surrender their license. These cops sometimes dont even follow the basic rules and regulations like wearing helmets and entering no entry zones even when no emergency situations are there. But I also salute the honest and hard working cops, who are on their toes 24hrsx7daysx365 days and working and living in sub human stressed conditions.
