Cant sleep. I said I was going to let go of all the negativity surrounding PJP this year. Not my circus not my monkey anymore. Very saddened by the article in the paper. Does it suck the administration didnt wait until all were home... Yes. But they have proven over and over again they do whatever they want without caring about the opinions of the parents. This article only hurts the students and future students. The people in charge will be gone and this will be how the outside community sees us... Not the boys as state champions. I think it is very sad that a parent will be reading that article and choose not to come to our school. The alumni that our gone wouldnt want that. Do we want to destroy the school? Over a ceremony. Hopefully they will honor them in the future. If they dont my son always has the memory of playing with his teammates. They cant take that away. It is about the boys. I feel like all the people involved have forgotten that. When the outside parent called it was so upsetting her perception of our school. The kids have been dressing up for spirit week this year more than I have seen in the past. It is truly a school compared to when my son was a freshman. And than this. We need to move past this. Our school needs to be a community that comes together. Again, I want the school to succeed, selfishly I have a freshman. I dont want that athlete going somewhere Else because of the article. I want them on the field protecting my daughter in goal...
