Capacity building training imparted Port Blair, Mar 9 The Rajiv Gandhi Cooperative Training College (RGCTC) - an institution for excellence under A & N state Cooperative Union conducted a day-long training on capacity building under financial literacy for leaders of matured SHGs supported by NABARD recently at the college at Teylerabad. Inaugurating the training, Shri Suresh Babu. S, Principal, RGCTC briefed the importance of financial literacy and the need to educate the SHG members to become financially literate, a communication said.
