#CapitalNewsBit Jacqueline Uwera the woman charged with the murder of her husband has been denied bail by Nakawa high court.Uwera’s lawyers applied for bail saying their client has been in custody for six months which is beyond the mandatory period any accused is supposed to be under detention.Nakawa High Court Judge Wilson Masalu Musene declined to release Nsenga on bail pending her trial on grounds that she did not present exceptional circumstances like ill health to convince court to release her. Prosecution alleges that on January 10 this year at Bugolobi Uwera, killed her husband Juvenale Nsenga by knocking him down while driving through the gate of their home. She has been remanded back to Luzira prison.
