Cappuccino cheesecake in the oven Crust: 2 cups graham crackers crumbs 1/3 cup sugar 6 tbs butter melted Fillings: 3 tbs coffee flavored liqueur 1 tbs instant coffee 4 (8oz) packages of cream cheese softened 1 cup sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla 4 eggs 1 cup sour cream Heat oven 325 degrees To make crust: Mix crumbs, sugar and melted utter and press at the bottom of spring pan. bake 10 minutes To make filling 1. combine liqueur and instant coffee. stir to disolve and put aside 2. beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth 3. beat one egg at a time until blended 4. add coffee mix and sour cream and blend (without beating) 5. Pour into crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until center is almost set. let cool, then refrgerate 4 hrs or overnight.
