The captive Atabich (34 years old) was born in the city of Gallo Libyan, and moved with his family to live in Palestine in 1995, has been forbidden by the occupation of the follow-up to his university studies through his arrest for ten years on the four periods, most recently on 9 / May / 2013, where it was converted at the time administrative detention. The Atabich a cadre of Islamic Jihad; has fought previously fought on strike in solidarity with the prisoner Khader Adnan, and fought with a strike another freed prisoner Hana Shalabi, also fought the common dignity strike in 2012. _________________ أكدت عائلة الأسير أيمن علي اطبيش من دورا جنوب الخليل، أن محكمة الاحتلال جددت أمر الاعتقال الإداري بحق نجلها لثلاثة أشهر جديدة، رغم اتفاق سابق بين الطرفين يقضي بإنهاء اعتقاله الإداري مطلع الشهر المقبل إثر إضرابه عن الطعام. ونقلت مؤسسة “مهجة القدس” للشهداء والأسرى، عن عائلة الأسير أنها تفاجأت بقرار تجديد الاعتقال الإداري لأيمن، رغم وجود اتفاق سابق مع نيابة الاحتلال العسكرية بالإفراج عنه بتاريخ 5/كانون ثاني المقبل، مقابل أن يفك إضرابه عن الطعام، والذي استمر لأكثر من أربعة أشهر متتالية. وتعد هذه المخالفة هي الثانية من نوعها بحق الأسير اطبيش، حيث سبق للاحتلال أن وعده بالإفراج عنه بتاريخ 9/كانون ثاني من العام الجاري، بعد إضراب أول عن الطعام خاضه لـ (105 أيام) متتالية منتصف عام 2013. وعبرت عائلة الأسير اطبيش عن قلقها واستنكارها لقرار الاحتلال التعسفي، والذي يرغم ابنها على استئناف إضرابه مع تكرار التنكر للعهود والاتفاقات المتتالية، محملة الاحتلال كامل المسؤولية عن ذلك . والأسير اطبيش (34 عامًا) ولد في مدينة جالو الليبية، وانتقل مع عائلته للعيش في فلسطين عام 1995، وقد حرمه الاحتلال من متابعة دراسته الجامعية من خلال اعتقاله لعشر سنوات على أربع فترات، كان آخرها بتاريخ 9/أيار/2013، حيث تم تحويله آنذاك للاعتقال الإداري. ويعد اطبيش أحد كوادر حركة الجهاد الإسلامي؛ وقد خاض سابقًا خاض إضرابًا تضامنيًا مع الأسير خضر عدنان، وخاض إضرابًا آخر مع الأسيرة المحررة هناء الشلبي، كما خاض إضراب الكرامة الموحد في العام 2012.
