Caramel Pudding made with Nestlé MILKMAID By : Nelum Wickramatunga Here is the recipe : Ingredients: Milkmaid: 1 small tin Water: 1 ½ tins Eggs: 4, lightly beaten Vanilla essence Sugar: 2-3 tbsp (for caramel) Method 1. Heat sugar with 1 tbsp of water in a (stainless steel) mould till sugar melts and caramelizes. Swirl the mould so as to coat its base and sides with the caramel. Keep aside to cool. 2. Combine Milkmaid, water, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour into the prepared caramel mould; steam covered for 30 minutes (you may place the mould in a pan of water in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or may even steam in a pressure cooker). 3.Cool. Unmould on a dish so as to get the caramel side up. Refrigerate for 5-6 hours. To Serve: 6-8
