Care and Home Remedies for Wrinkles and Fine Lines: Wrinkles are thinning skin that gathers because it is losing collagen, the bodys natural elasticity. Fine lines and wrinkles appear with age, and in modern lives, also because of polluted environments as your skin becomes thinner and loses elasticity. Although everyone develops them eventually, you can diminish fine lines and wrinkles by taking good care of your skin and using home remedies. Staying out of the sun, avoiding cigarette smoke, Drinking insufficient water, keeping the skin clean and moisturizing regularly may help deter the formation of wrinkles. Home remedies can help reduce existing wrinkles over time, but they wont work overnight. In most cases, it takes several weeks of consistent treatment to notice results. Regular facial massage is also best for curing forehead wrinkles, neck wrinkles, laugh lines, and wrinkles aroung eyes. Face massage improves and maintain better circulation on your face, which strengthens and tightens the skin and restores a younger looking appearance naturally. You should get into the habit of drinking at least 12 to 15 glasses of water a day to prevent the appearance of deep wrinkles on forehead. Be sure that you include lots of fresh green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, and fish in your daily diet. Break open an egg and smear the white of the egg all over your face. Leave it on your face for at least 15 minutes before washing it off. Do not use soap and pat dry. Apply lemon juice to your face and leave it on for ten minutes before you rinse it off. Do this twice a day to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Lemon juice is a natural astringent that tones the skin and helps reduce wrinkles. Olive oil is a good source of vitamin E which is a powerful antioxidant. Antioxidants help fight aging and reduce wrinkles. Apply olive oil to the face and massage it, where laugh lines and crows feet appear to help reduce wrinkles. Take some vegetable oil and massage it against the wrinkles on your forehead until your skin absorbs the oil completely. Let it stay for around 15 minutes, and then wash with cold water to remove those lines. For best results, always exfoliate and wash the face before rubbing the oil onto forehead wrinkles and frown lines. Another anti-aging treatment is the application of a face pack made up of rose water, honey and turmeric. Use this mixture to exfoliate the skin and remove dead skin and prevent wrinkles. Pineapple is rich in antioxidants and is a fruit known for its anti-aging effects. Apply pineapple juice all over the skin and leave it on for 10 minutes before washing off. This increases the level of Alpha-Hydroxy Acids (AHA) in the skin that are essential to fight the aging process. Olive oil is a good source of vitamin E which is a powerful antioxidant.
