Career Opportunities: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Technical Lead. Haransoft is looking for an exceptional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Technical Lead. This individual will be leading a highly motivated, intelligent, agile team, while directing the technical activities, analysis, and re-design of the technical ERP solution. The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in .Net and other related Microsoft technologies, and be comfortable with SQL. Familiarity with agile processes and Test Driven Development would also be desirable. Experience in leading a team is essential. The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Technical Lead should generally be a strong technologist, and will be tasked with being the primary focal point within the enterprise for the design, development and implementation of technical portions of Enterprise Resource Planning. Main Duties: • Serves as the lead on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Team. • Designs, tests, and debugs ERP software. • Assist in such day-to-day operations as troubleshooting problems arising from regular use, production support, and maintaining the ERP platform. • Develop scripts for data merging and migration, and assist in the development of ERP interfaces to internal and external systems. • Provide client support, consultation, and subject matter expertise for day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support. • Prioritizes user requirements and technical requirements. • Documents all technical processes, requirements, flows and diagrams. • Writes reports, document and present analyses, project status, risks and issues. • Evaluates team skills and resources for each technical task relating to the project. • Identifies tasks and interrelationships to evaluate technical and cross-technical requirements. • Researches existing systems and procedures and make changes and improvise wherever necessary. • Recommends solutions to identified problems. • Ensure delivery of projects on time and within the budget. • Participate in cross-technical, cross- discipline project teams to better leverage the Enterprise Resource Planning systems • Provides the operational support for developing and maintaining the enterprise information architecture. • Support the ERP initiatives in design, development and implementation of plans to translate enterprise information system objectives into technical business systems. • Supports in the development and maintenance of the enterprise data/information model and information flows. • Performs other duties as assigned. Skills/ Abilities: • Experience in leading a team of software developers. .NET, C#, SQL, Javascript, Microsoft Environment. • Experience in n-tier application design. • Experience in WCF and web services, Object Oriented Programming. • Ability to troubleshoot, communicate and resolve generalized system, data, and/or application issues. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent problem solving skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Experience in working in an Agile development environment.
