[Career] Outdoor Camp Trainer (Full time / Contract) Responsibilities: Lead local and / or overseas outdoor education programmes for students across primary to tertiary levels Impart life skills and character development through outdoor education Facilitate fun and learning within the group Ensure effective pre, during and post camp administration within deadlines Manage the associate manpower pool Responsible for operations and client account management Undertake any other duties or responsibilities assigned Requirements: Able to commit to a contract period of at least 6 to 9 months (Full time option available) Enjoys and likes being in the outdoors Passion in the area of work related to the development of youths through soft skills and experiential learning Able to travel overseas Possess good conceptualization skills to understand learning methodology / concepts / programmes Good working knowledge of Singapore’s education system will be an advantage Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and organizational skills Proactive, pleasant and friendly personality Has an eye for detail Proficient in written and spoken English Relevant experience (e.g. CCA, volunteers in youth organizations / community services, facilitation/training exposures etc.) Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply Minimum Degree / Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Mass Communications, Management, Sports Science, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent Interested candidates, please send your detailed resume including your current & previous working experiences, current and expected salaries, period of availability and recent photograph; in Word form to [email protected]
