Career Tip: I encourage you to maintain a journal of your accomplishments at work and quantify with numbers at that point. When you need to update your resume you will have the information readily available. I also remind you not to minimize your contribution on the job. Everyone might not be able to multi-task as well as you do. This is a skill that you/we (especially parents and moreso single parents) have mastered and unconsciously dismiss because we often multi-task and do other things with such easy. These skills (soft skill and hard skills) are foundational in determining our level of compensation in the workplace.
