Carmen Runners Cookstown Half Marathon Conditions were near perfect for the 220 plus runners who took part in the annual Cookstown Half Marathon organised by Tri-Limits. There were strong performances from Carmen Runners, including Michael Kerr who led the club home in a time of 1:19:38, securing 10th place overall and from Darryl Meenagh whose commendable efforts seen him record a personal best of 1:30:47. Louise Hall produced yet another notable performance to complete the course in 1:42:29 and Joe McKee ran a solid race with a time of 1:47:47. Months of training and long miles certainly paid off for Sandra Mayne who crossed the line in 1:51:39 An excellent display of running from all the athletes, well done!
