Carmen started me thinking and this year marks 20 years since I went to my first Spaniel club summer national in Denver. Quite an experience. Got to see Blackie from the veterans class win Best in Specialty. Also remember the parti class where the judge kept putting dogs on the table with Dodger, kept doing it with one of his offspring and also Heavens Gate Then gave Heavens Gate the variety. I was so shocked at the procedure. Oh yes I had the pleasure not only going over Dodger, but Real McCoy who was still rock solid at 10. I will always remember my first ASC. Oh yes ad discovering factory outlets at Castle Rock, thanks Marnie and Jan.
