Carrot & Stick Policy: presidential goons tried to gag Amerindian teacher John Adams at Aishalton, and actually beat him, when he raised the problems facing his community recently. Ramotar should fire his guard for cuffing the teacher! Ramotar is obviously using the carrot and stick methods to capture Amerindian votes in fresh elections. The carrot is the $10 thousand handout and the stick is licks if you criticize. Ramotar was abusing state time and resources to attack opposition but Adams, like the little boy in the fairy tale story, was the only one to see that he was naked! When he said, big chief, you talking um Galla Galla, it was time for the big stick. Shame.
