Carrot phirni.............................. . Method...soak 3 tbsp rice for 1/2 hr n grind coarsely .......... . Boil 1 big carrot drain n cool it n grind to smooth paste............... .Heat ghee add carrot n fry little while then add 2 cup milk boil nicely ,add rice paste stir nicely cook 10 min then add 3 tbsp saffron milk cardamom pwd fried cashew mix nicely n cook till thick ,serve chilled garnish nuts n saffron...................... .
