Posted by - Sudipto Sinha On FRO Solution - By Amlan Dutta If your gross total income (income from salary , House property , capital gains , business profession , other sources ) exceed the threshold levels , then you are supposed to file the income tax return form . Assuming that you are just salaried , For assessment year 2014 15 ,since the trhrseshold levels were 2 lakhs for resident non senior individual; if your salary income income exceeded 2 lakhs , then you will have to compulsoryly file the income tax return ...if you dont file , yo may get notices etc ....i am not clear on what forms of persecution exists
