Case AQ 510 - How to depict Advance tax and self assessment tax in the return ? By - Amlan Dutta Lets consider financial year 2013 14 .Its pretty obvious that the payment of the advance dates are till 15th Sept 2012, 15Th Dec 2012 , and 15Th of march 2014 ....Likewise in the return , any payment of taxes before March 30 2014 , reflect advance tax payment and any payment of taxes after March 30 2014 reflect self assessment tax The example becomes more clear with the following pics when the insertion of tax paid (27809 Rs )on 14/03/2014 makes it advance tax in the taxes sheet and insertion on 01/04/2014 makes it self assessment tax Hope this helps , Amlan Dutta
