I do so for the federal citizens in this district owing to the bad foreclosure problem here – citizens’ homes taken by Sheriffs for bank, by contract. I offer my consulting services to your Sheriff’s office to the extent you have yet to train your staff in this regard. Foremost, attached are some preliminary “trust” and void loan contract law pages, which I am still fine tuning to aid in protecting and serving the public general. The materials have not been well received by some. Big money revenue sources drive big politics – banks owning homes is one of the biggest. Some do not know how banks lift cash and why they want to foreclose. These facts illustrate how much is on the table: Citizen buys $100,000.00 home from bank, tendering 10% down ($10,000.00). In concert banks do not disclose the source of funding (Citizen’s Reserve Accounts), do not employ correct price protocol in fixing the: A) Home price; B) Interest price; or C) Prime rate price, e.g. Banks are paid the interest price to collect for the Reserve (servicing). Citizen(s) can’t meet full bill. Banks refuse partial payment and refuse to allow citizen to pay Reserve direct - they make more servicing & taking: 1) they keep the down and all payments, 2) they get 100% of the property back, 3) they get a tax write-off; and 4) they re-sell the property, getting a new down, which is worth more than its client/tenant not paying for months to years. The entire contract design here fails the “consideration” element of contracts, rending all of them void and illegal to collect or evict under. B & P Code §16722. I have taken extreme care in learning about this foreclosure problem. I am happy to share my work product to aid your office in protecting and serving federal citizens. Kind regards,
