Cash will have surgery tomorrow to place the gtube. There a few issues that make this surgery a little difficult. 1. He throws up whatever goes into his stomach. We dont know if this will help with that. We will have to reevaluate if he throws up after sorcery. 2. His shunt tubing is right where the dr needs to place his gtube. Therefore the surgeon is going to have to be creative in finding a place to insert the gtube. This will involve some stretching and unusual placement. I want this surgery for Cash, he needs it. It is what is best for him. But this is one of the only times we have a planned surgery and I couldnt be more anxious now. At least with the emergency surgeries so much is happening you dont have time to think. I have all night to think...
