Casia and I drove the two plus hours to Jacksonville this morning to take a flight for our vacation. We checked our bags, sat at the gate a while, then found out that American Airlines canceled our flight so we are here for another seven hours while we wait for pur new flight. American was nice enough to say they could extend our trip an additional day, but somehow I dont think they cleared that with our bosses or made arrangements with my folks to stay longer and watch the kids so we politely declined.
