Casper College students and faculty as well as members of the community who are interested are invited to view The Flowers of War, this Thursday, November 13th at 7:30pm in LS 209. Zhang Yimous 2011 film about The Rape of Nanking, when Japanese troops massacred as many as 300,000 men, women, children over a six week period in 1937. The film is in English, Chinese, and Japanese, and stars Christian Bale, Ni Ni, Zhang Xinyi, Tong Dawei, and Atsuro Watabe. This event is free and there will be a brief discussion after the film.
