Only when You have done that will You be able to catch Yourself when You begin to open the door to worry, allowing it to move in, set up shop and start doing business. Family, whats Your top ten list of worries? Health? Money? A Relationship? Children? Your looks? Treat Your most common worries like You treat mosquitoes. You dont procrastinate when one land on Your skin, No, You give the critter the slap it deserves. Be equally decisive with anxiety. Dont worry what your boss thinks, ask him, dont diagnosis that mole as cancer have it examined. Stop thinking Youll never get out of debt, consult an expert, draw up a plan and take Your power back.
