Cat Lover Chronicles. Todays episode: Tested! I got a brand new laptop yesterday. I did loads of research, chose carefully, love it already. This morning, I left it unattended for perhaps an hour to 90 minutes...and when I saw it again, THREE OF THE KEYS HAD BEEN TORN OFF. Only one key was anywhere in sight. And my beloved black rescue kitty, Django, was sitting right beneath the laptop on my chair without sense enough to flee the scene of the crime until my gasp of shock. I had to search for those other two keys--one was on the kitchen floor. My son got two keys back in place--but one is sending me to the repair shop. And my cat still lives. And is still beloved.
