(Catch up) Days 8 and 9 of Thanksgiving month: I am thankful for basic possessions such as our home, vehicles, and clothes. In most of the world, we would probably be considered rich by many. Rich/poor are truly relative terms, so I choose to see myself as rich! Sure we live in a 14x70 23-year-old used mobile home, but it is ours and paid for and many people only dream of their own home, much less one with 2 bedrooms and baths, central air/heat, etc! And we have transportation to and from this home to boot! Our newest vehicle is an 05 Pontiac Grand Prix, but we like the older 02 Jeep better, unfortunately its worse on gas :) But how blessed are we to even have a choice! Not just 1 vehicle, but 2! Thats what Im talking about! Again, paid for and ours, who cares about looks!?! Also, besides the roof over our heads and wheels under our feet, we have clothes on our backs, which multiple times we have gotten as free hand-me-downs! And thank God because it is starting to get chilly now, and I dont like being cold! The Lord is surely our Provider ☺
