Catching Up With My Thoughts • When you no longer recognize who you are it’s time to rethink the relationship that you have with yourself. • Stop training to be the first to ALMOST cross the finish line. Push a little harder and BE the first. • Instead of sitting around angry, distraught and irritated about your situation. Use your emotional confusion as data that is in need of a little analysis. How did you get to this dark place? • Gratitude! • Fad diets fail because the person that created the diet did not take into consideration your unique needs, genetic ancestry and lifestyle. • You are not truly living unless you have something to die for. What are you living for? • Don’t blame your diet on your ever growing waistline. It’s not the diet that’s causing the bulge. It’s your excuses. • “I am so looking forward to winning second place.” Something I will never be heard saying. • Diets out of “box” last for a couple of weeks. A commitment to a healthier lifestyle will last a lifetime. • Pause for a moment, close your eyes and breathe it all in… life is so good. You matter
