Timothy Katende writes: ===================== End of the road for Vipers!!! ========================== Following the collapse of talks between FUFA and Vipers, FUFA has decided to come up with new regulations that will streamline the smooth flow of league football. Article 34 sub section F of the FUFA statutes empowers the executive committee to compile regulations and those regulations take immediate effect. Among the new regulations that FUFA plans to bring into effect will be the one that requires all UPL teams to appear on TV regardless of whether they have signed a deed of adherence or not. Stubborn teams like Vipers that wish not to be part of TV will automatically, by virtue of the regulations, be thrown out. They will have nowhere to report or seek redress. This is because all FUFA members swear or take oath to abide by the FIFA, CAF and FUFA regulations. Failure to adhere to the regulations means a member ceases to be part of FUFA. A member of the executive committee said “Finally we have put a rope around these goons of Vipers. It’s a take it or leave it. We can’t go on with this nonsense of Tadeus Kitandwe,Kyobe Harunah and Mulindwa. We need to get rid of rotten apples in our league.” These regulations are going to be drafted soon and will be effected in the second round of fixtures for this season. These new regulations swing back the pendulum in FUFA’s Favor and bring about the ultimate death of Vipers. The new regulations will see clubs access the 30million from Super sport. This post echoes what was earlier posted by comrade Ahimbisibwe Apollo. Long-Live project 2019, Long-live Moses Magogo, Long-Live Lawrence Mulindwa, Long-Live FUFA!!!
