Catering an elegant dinner party for 13 people tomorrow evening. Starting with a delicious appetizer course of chili and cranberry meatballs, prosciutto wrapped pears with goat cheese and honey, and tomato and mozzarella canapés with a dark cherry balsamic vinegar. For dinner, a pecan and cranberry stuffed pork tenderloin, sweet potato and parsnip purée, and a spinach and strawberry salad with poppyseed dressing. A pumpkin and gingersnap trifle will be served for dessert. A fall festive menu! So excited about it this intimate and professional setting. I love my job!!! ❤️
