Like a good tree, a good disciple is known from the fruits that his/her Christian life bears. Mere words, even as mere invocations of the name of the Lord. are of no avail, much less of any value, if they are not at the same time, accompanied by the fulfillment of the will of God. The hearing of the Word and its practice, celebration of the sacraments and their living, must all go together.
