This weekend marks the conclusion of St. John Neumann’s participation in Forward in Faith, Hope, and Love. This historic initiative provides an opportunity for all of us to work together in support of clergy retirement, fostering vocations encouraging priesthood, providing access to Catholic education, expanding Catholic social ministries to the under served and ensuring resources for leading pastoral and temporal priorities.Forward in Faith, Hope, and Love is an effort that will help secure the future of the Church in western North Carolina.Parishioners and friends will join together to support our immediate and long-term priorities as we serve God’s Kingdom. On Sunday, September 15, and again on September 21 and 22, during each Mass, every family will have the opportunity to become part of this extraordinary effort. We encourage each family to pray about their participation; it will act as an inspiration of Christian faith, charity, and stewardship for your fellow parishioners and for future generations.
