Cathy Mason,hey mum, if you plug it in, and connect to the modem, it should work straight away, let it run any updates it wants(usually windows and java etc) or if ya need wifi sooner ,when marias kids get home, get them to help ya set up the wifi, i may not be ablet o get round till after dinner at this stage. To get facebook just type in facebook into google and go from there. enter pword and username etc, tick save details.
