Cattle questions: Ive never had cows before but want to get a few to help graze some of my pastures down. I have 35 acres of pasture and 2 horses arent coming close to keeping up with it. Im seeing dairy breed bull calves for cheap, along with claims cholesterol lowering monounsaturated fat. Also Ive read that bulls grow out fine and without being castrated naturally have the hormones that so many operations put back in. Would they do ok with my current step in electric fencing?
