Caution as this is very graphic and the shows the death of a perp (if you believe the footage is real) Some may see this and say the criminal would have just run off with her purse. My friends in law enforcement may tell you that it is just as likely for the perp to pull a knife, or a gun and kill off a potential witness. For those of you that are unfamiliar with time/event studies or how quick the human response is, replay from time purse is grabbed until the shot to show how fast the pistol is retrieved and the slide (top of the pistol) is racked (loads a bullet into the chamber). Those that wold argue manslaughter etc should take note, in that the potential victim was given the same amount of little time to either save her own life life as the perp could have acted as quickly. It is my opinion that the woman was highly trained, and highly skilled. I dont know if I could have executed a life saving move as quick as that. I do know of FB friends on here that will tell you that a knife attack would be even faster than this. Fractions of seconds count. I dont enjoy seeing this and in fact it bothers me to see someone die, however arm chair experts need to see what little time you have to make critical decisions like this.
