Caution: graphic photos Yesterday is a day that I can not get out of my head. I do not see how any one can be so heartless and such a coward to hide behind a gun and hurt an innocent animal. I have been debating on even putting this on here just because of my angry state of mind, but people need to be aware that this kind of thing happens. Yesterday in broad daylight at 1:15 pm in the afternoon our dog was brutally shot with a .22 cal. right in our yard. He was shot right in the chest, defensless, in the confort of his own property. Whoever did this had nerves of steel and a heart just as cold. We live in a very small community where everyone looks out for everyone,but nobody expected this kind of brutality. Bo is now home from the veterinary clinic and back into loving arms. But please keep your fur babies under a watchful eye!! Because without a witness this man/woman walked away Scott free.
