***Celebrating Mawlid-un-Nabi ﷺ*** Those who say the Mawlid of the Beloved Prophet ﷺ is not mentioned in the Quran. Before I start I want to ask you Do you believe that there is no greater blessing than the Beloved Prophet ﷺ ever to come? If yes then let me show you a few ayahs that will clarify this misconception. Allah ﷻ says in the Quran: This (arrival of the Holy Messenger [blessings and peace be upon him] as well as his spiritual benevolence) is Allah’s bounty which He grants whom He likes. And Allah is Most Bountiful. [Quran: 62:04] From the above we come to know that the greatest bounty is the Beloved Prophet ﷺ. In another place Allah ﷻ says: And (recall) when your Lord proclaimed: ‘If you are thankful, I shall certainly increase (My blessings on) you, and if you are ungrateful, then My torment is surely severe.’ [Quran: 14:07] The Beloved Prophet Prophet ﷺ is the greatest blessing on mankind without a shadow of doubt therefore we should Thank Allah ﷻ for this. In another ayah Allah ﷻ Says: And proclaim (well) the bounties of your Lord. [Quran: 93:11] We do this by singing Naats/Nasheeds delivering talks and making people aware of the Beloved Prophet ﷺ & his teachings. These above ayahs are enough signs from Allah ﷻ for people to know that Mawlid of the Beloved Prophet ﷺ is part of our Iman & not man made thing. We have been commanded by Allah ﷻ to rejoice & thank him for all the blessings he has bestowed upon us and without a doubt the Beloved Prophet ﷺ is the greatest blessing on mankind. Dont debate just celebrate. :)
