Cell phones are supposed to be a convience I spent over an hour on the phone with the Warranty Department as they were resetting all my settings, or telling me how to do it and waiting for me. Then she moved over the phone numbers well some of them all my children were erased, about 16 others gone. I hope this helps. People I talk to I fade out and they dont know what Im saying I charge the phone, lay it in table and in a few hours have to charge it again. So after we have everything fixed she said charge it and then let it sit and try not to use it shed call me back at 1530, I guess she was glad to get rid of me because she didnt call me back. If it keeps not workingright they will send me a new phone. No one ever wants to talk to me because they dont know what Im saying.
