Central Asia is a unique region with rich culture but economically very poor and not well developed. The region is totally land locked and is largely mountainous While the region consists of countries like Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan Turkmenistan, Georgia and Azerbaizan. The regions also includes Gilgit & Baltistan (Pakistan), Kashmir valley (India), Ladakh (India) Xinjiang Province and Tibet (China) and Mongolia.The regions has many religions and consists of hundreds of ethnic groups and languages. .
