Central Media Cell Islamabad: 21 Dec 2014 PTI CORE COMMITTEE CONDEMNS BRUTAL KILLINGS IN PESHAWAR The Core Committee of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf in its meeting today in Islamabad expressed its deep sorrow and grief over the brutal killing of school children and staff in Peshawar on December 16. In conveying its heartfelt condolence to the bereaved families, it noted that this barbaric act was unprecedented in Pakistan’s history and will live forever in our memory as a day of infamy. There can be absolutely no justification for this brutal act. The Core Committee of PTI condemned the TTP and all other terror groups that have unleashed their brutality on the people of Pakistan and said that in this very difficult time the nation has come together to fight the menace of terrorism. It expressed its total support to the armed forces of Pakistan and other law enforcement agencies for their endeavors to eliminate the scourge of terrorism from our land.
