Dr.N.V.Ravi Kumar, Associate Prof., Department of Metallurgical & Materials Engg., Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Madras) Chennai, delivered a talk on “ X-Ray Crystallography & Power Diffraction”, Prof.Sangam Banerjee, Surface Physics Division, Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, Kolkata delivered a talk on “Applications of X-Ray Synchrotron Radiation”, Dr.N.Subramanian, Head, X-Ray Scattering & Crystal Growth Section, IGCAR, Kalpakkam delivered a talk on “High Pressure XRD in Materials Science”, Dr.S.Kalavathi, Scientific Officer – ‘G’, IGCAR, Kalpakkam delivered a talk on “High Temperature XRD, Dr.P.Kuppusami, Senior Scientist, Centre for Nanoscience & Nanotechnology, Sathyabama University, delivered a talk on “Applications of X-Ray Diffraction in Thin Films” & Dr.R.Jagan, Department of Chemistry, Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, delivered a talk on “Challenges in Solving Small Molecule Crystal Structures”. Around 60 Participants from various organizations attended the workshop.
