Challenge Day 26 - Pike up Jump ------------------------------------------- In this progression, use a slight jump to start then straighten your legs as quickly as possible. Be sure to keep your knees and feet together. Beginner version (on the wall) perform for a total of 20 reps. For the advanced version, use the middle of the floor and pike jump to a HS balance for 5 consecutive reps.
