Champions league review. Obvousily any Man Utd fan who watched that on Tuesday must of been traumatised at what they seen, I know for myself I was looking at a team in decline. International footballers made to look like Sunday league players and thats doing an injustice to those Sunday league players. First thing I seen was he started with Tom cleverly the lad is not Manchester United player I know ppl have said he is being made to be scapegoat but hes not its fact he cant play in the position he is forced off the ball he loses out possession to much and he can not beat a man and this was once a player touted as the next Paul Scholes. David Moyes has to shoulder some of the blame of this season he has asked united to play with two sitting midfielders play a defensive minded approach to a team that is use to quick attacking getting the ball forward as quick as possible now there being asked to play this way, its all down to coaching aswell. Moyes needs to appoint a top European coach with new ideas because when you look at the European game united have fell behind not only Madrid and Barca but the likes of Dortmund and Atletico Madrid have stolen a march on the them not to mention PSG. United need probably up to seven players to change this, two centre backs a midfeilder, a left and right back and I see Van Persie going so maybe a striker. Its a very very big task to rebuild this club and if these signings are to be made they need to me made in May before the World Cup. If the changes dont happen except Manchester Untied to have a fight on there hands to get back to challenging for the European cup, and trust me sponsor ship deals will very quickly disappear, United have 3 very important games to save the season Liverpool at home city at home and the return leg with the greeks, nothing but 3 wins will do if not I shutter to think were the team will be next season. For the first half in Turkey Chelski were running away with the game, I cant believe a coach such as Mancini could play an open game against Jose but he did and chelski punished him for it. Chelski missed a beat here Galatasary were there for the taking the first half chelski should of scored the second and killed the tie, but I do see them winning easily at the bridge. You know criticize chelski all we want but we cant deny the fact that for 3 years running they have been the only English side left to cheer in the latter stages of European competition and to be fair to them there only short of a top class striker, they sold mata and from that money went out and bought two players and broke even, they are a team to watch for the competition this season. A final word just on Madrid how awesome where they last night to win 6-1 away from home is incredible, To me they will take some stopping I think Bale, Ronaldo and Benzema have clicked very well. It looks to me to be a Bayern vs Madrid final and I expect Real to have just to much for Bayern, plus its in Lisbon and Ronaldo will think of this as the perfect script.
