Changes to ESU. Well you are a student paying tuition at East Stroudsburg University. It is your money that fills the administrators pockets. Speak up 1. Thank President Marcia Walsh 2. Thank Provost Van Reidhead 3. Thank their appointed Task Force that suggested the cuts of Majors, Departments, Faculty, and Pro Tutors 4. SPREAD THE WORD! TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND YOUR FAMILY THAT THEIR MONEY IS NOT GOING TO WASTE. OH! And Dont forget to thank them for all the new pretty buildings and new technology and renovations. These changes were very expensive but appropriate use of school funds. President Walsh couldnt make it to the Professional Tutor meeting to comfort us in this Difficult decision to make these cuts, but what matters most to the Administrators is the student body and this is what the student body needs. On a happier note, the Provost would like all of the professional tutors to pass on the message that the student body is going to be perfectly fine. So fine that there was no need to inform the student body because you will still be able to have peer tutors and they will be hiring more peer tutors to handle the needs of the students.
