~Chaotic Dreams~ Now you lay me down to sleep I pray to death my soul will keep If I should die before you awake I pray with my shattered heart, For it was you that made it break For whom the bells should toll All your lies open up and unfold I begin to let out a sigh Listen up and hear my cry My eyes are burning My soul is churning My heart is like ice turned so cold There is nothing left for you to behold My night is now filled with pain My bloody tears fall like rain For this gift of life I hate you so You turn away so readily to go Raging with anger turmoil and grief I consumed that rage entwined on a leaf I am floating softly on chaotic dreams Inside my mind I can hear an angel begins her screams Torn in between this inner rage; I race towards a shattered dream Only not to find her,my hidden queen Hear my cries; Cool my eyes, Warm my heart; And let me dream again, From the start © The Humble Poet ©
