Chapel Hill has always been what the times called for it to be: it was a village when the times called for it to be a village. But today, the times call for something else. Different isnt better, different isnt worse, its just different, and thats okay. The population of RTP and Orange county is growing and will continue to grow. If our community truly wants to save the green space and farm land in Orange county, the only place to put this growth is in density. And density means height. And, yes, density will mean traffic, pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular. That is the price of saving the green space. And thats okay.
