Chapter 1 Colorado mountains Sanu rides his bicycle a little afar from the town. Today he has finally decided to climb and see the beautiful mountains. He hikes up the mountain. Finally he reaches an open area with a clear view of the mountains. He spots a place with good view of the scenery. The view was so breathtaking that he closes his eyes and feels the peacefulness, the cool breeze and the chirping of some birds. The place was little slope with great view of the mountains. "A perfect day." he utters though in a very low voice. After few minutes of admiring the scenic view he takes out his painting materials. He starts sketching with pencil. After he was satisfied with the sketch he starts applying the acrylic colors. As he was half done, a group of people comes to the same place. It looked like a family. He observes them for some time from afar. He can see they have come for a family picnic. One of the girl walks to a raised place and sits there. May be she was admiring the scenic view. She was wearing red dress and soft sweater. After few minutes she feels someone else’s presence and looks behind, but Sanu quickly hides himself. At that time her mom calls, “Shelly darling, come and have some hot coffee.” She walks to the gathering, while looking back once again towards where Sanu was. But she does not see anyone.
