Chapter Club New Job Opportunities - Contracting Company in KSA A Leading international Contracting Company in KSA looking for immediate hiring professional candidates in the following vacancies: # 101 - Architect engineer # 102 - Constructions PM # 103 - Interior Designer # 104 - Planner / scheduler # 105 - Property manager # 106 - Estimator • # 101 - Architect engineer Minimum 5 years’ experience Assist in developing and documenting specific standards for interior finish And furniture installations for construction/renovation projects. Coordinate project activities such as expense, invoicing, quality control, Consultant contracts and management and other similar duties. Work with Architects and Engineers to ensure quality construction design and documents. Manage and monitor project execution to ensure the successful completion within approved budget Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English • # 102 - Constructions PM Minimum 7 years’ experience Supervise construction sites and direct site managers and subcontractors to make sure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules And safety are maintained Interpret plans and estimate costs and quantities of materials needed. Plan construction methods and procedures. Plan the work on the construction site and distribute work between the Employees. Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English • # 103 - Interior Designer Minimum 5 years’ experience. Meet with department heads or representatives to determine interior architecture needs including determining space utilization and fabric & color selections of wall, floor, and window coverings. Maintains illustrative materials on available products and materials for selection by the user. Procures furnishings, materials and equipment. Helps estimators with complex interior projects. Performs necessary drafting work for projects. Subcontract fabrication, installation, and arrangement of carpeting, fixtures, accessories, draperies, paint and wall coverings, art work, furniture, and related items. Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English • # 104 - Planner / scheduler Minimum 5 years’ experience. Prepare an efficient Contract Master Schedule and maintain knowledge of all key project milestones. Ensure compliance to schedule and manage all project deliverables and recommend increase Evaluate all fabrication site and vendor schedule and ensure adherence to contract master schedule. MS project experience is A MUST Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English • # 105 - Property manager Minimum 10 years’ experience. Initiates and oversees property related contracts to include buying, selling & leasing, payments collection, routine maintenance repairs, and capital replacement processes. Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates. Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English • # 106 – Estimator Minimum 5 years’ experience. Estimate the final cost of the construction project, considering all small and big aspects such as employee salary, electricity required, special machinery, etc. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements. Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
