True, like many other countries, Uganda is not yet in the ideal development position. Challenges remain - but to deny that indicators of social economic development are on a positive trend is utter hypocrisy. I tend to like those who admit to progress and present alternate strategies that can make progress move quickly- not the usual lamentations and rehearsed opposition lines. Now you are comparing salaries of teachers in Uganda and Kenya, perhaps you need to look at cost of living- Kenya Vs Uganda (especially basics like food and housing). But I like the interest and time you all have put in articulating what you think. It helps.
